These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Connect 8 mobile application ("App") provided by [e4] Studios ("Company," "we," or "us"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not use the App.
1. USER RESPONSIBILITIES

You may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any information, software, products, or services obtained from the App.

4. DISCLAIMERS
4.1 No Warranty: THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
4.2 Availability: We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the App, and we reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect or feature of the App at any time without prior notice.
4.3 Content: We do not control or endorse the content provided by users or third parties on the App. We are not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, legality, or reliability of such content. Any reliance on such content is at your own risk.
5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
5.1 TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUE, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE APP.
6. INDEMNIFICATION
6.1 You agree to indemnify and hold harmless [e4] Studios, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising out of your use of the App or your violation of these Terms.
